1x Weekly Herd Evaluations (you choose the day)
($12/head @ 20 head = $240 /m = $240 / 4 visits = $60/ visit)

Annual Administration of Vaccinations: Schedule vaccinations according to veterinary guidelines to protect against common diseases. Keep track of all administered vaccines and ensure that each animal is up to date.
Maintenance of Fencing and Shelters: Regularly inspect and maintain fencing and shelters to ensure the safety and comfort of the herd. Proper facilities play a significant role in the overall health and well-being of the animals. Shelter and Weather conditions checked and temporarily repaired to secure herd (report will be made to owner for adjustments as needed)
Recordkeeping: Maintain meticulous records of annual vaccinations and worming treatments. This not only helps in tracking the health status of the herd but also ensures compliance with management practices and facilitates improved care over time.
Notifications of any herd changes before treatment.

Clostridium perfringens Types C and D (CD&T): This vaccine protects against enterotoxemia (overeating disease) and tetanus. It's crucial for both kids and adult goats
Vaccination Schedule
Pregnant Does: Vaccinate during the last month of gestation to ensure immunity is passed to the kids
Kids: Vaccinate at 4-8 weeks of age, with a booster 3-4 weeks later
Adult Goats: Annual vaccinations are recommended, ideally on the same date each year

Hoof Management (One-Time Trimming)

Regular Trimming -Frequency: Every 4–8 weeks, depending on terrain, breed, and individual growth rates, to maintain proper hoof shape and prevent overgrowth, which can lead to lameness or infections
Inspection Check for: Cracks or splits, Embedded debris, Odor (a sign of infection), Swelling or heat, Signs of hoof rot or abscesses
Remove mud, manure, and debris regularly to prevent bacterial and fungal infections.
Training and Handling - Train goats to stand calmly for trimming.
Use proper restraint techniques to reduce stress and injury risk.
One Time Full Herd Worming (One Time Herd Worming)
$35/head
Additional wormings’s are required to maintain control of parasites; Regular whole herd wormings are not recommended, as this can cause barber pole worms to gain resistance
Urgent Care
**Call-Out Fee: $75.00 per service request outside scheduled visits**
Reporting health concerns to the owner, and what is actively being treated
OTC Medications will be administered as needed and documented.
Veterinary intervention requires prior owner approval

Health Monitoring: Conduct weekly health checks on each animal in the herd. This includes being aware of any signs of illness, such as weight loss, infections, or mobility issues. Record findings diligently and address any concerns promptly with appropriate over-the-counter medications as needed for worming and other common issues.
Discounted Hoof Trimmings: Offer regular hoof trimming services at a discounted rate to keep the herd comfortable and prevent issues related to overgrown hooves, which can affect mobility and overall appearance.
